Hair Loss Problem
Every day, every one of us looses some hair. Our body then replaces it with some new strands as part of the many renewal processes that are built into our body systems. As we all age, ‘the reappearance of new hair’ event gradually slows down. You are facing the problem of hair loss. If stress, lack of balanced diet, irregular sleeping patterns or the wrong choice of hair-care products has landed you in excessive loss of hair, then you can probably find a cure for the problem.
1. Foods that are high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and have reduced fat content can help in maintaining healthier hair and preventing hair loss. For example, soybean, essential fatty acids, found in spinach, walnuts, soy, tuna, sardines, sunflower seeds and canola oil, are important dietary essentials useful in keeping hair healthy.
2. Overuse of hair dyes, hairdryer and curling iron can aggravate the problem of hair loss, leading to baldness. Hence, do not use such products on a regular basis, if you are facing the problem of excessive loss of hair.
3. Massage the scalp with 2-3 drops of essential oil or a good vegetable oil. Massage well into the scalp so that the oil gets into deep roots of hair. Wrap the hair in plastic wrap and place a warm towel around it. Leave it for 2 to three hours or overnight. Shampoo the hair with a mild shampoo. Practicing this at regular basis would help your hair pores get rejuvenated.
4. containing alkaline substances in fresh fruits and vegetables: hair loss and hair turning yellow one of the reasons is the acidic toxins in the blood, so to eat such as the liver, meats, onions and other acidic foods, eat more carrots, mulberry, apple, pear, kiwi and other fruits and vegetables.
5. Iron deficiency causes maximum damage to the hair by lowering the hemoglobin level, which in turn reduces the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood. Oxygen deficiency weakens the hair follicles, leading to dryness of the scalp and hair loss. Take care to have iron supplements if you are suffering from anemia for some reason. However, also bear in mind that too much iron is toxic and can also cause hair loss (and worse). So don’t overdose on the iron supplements.
6. The next thing to a balanced diet is sound sleep. Do not compromise with seven hours of sleep, because irregular sleeping pattern is one of the leading causes for hair loss. Therefore, make sure that you sleep enough and on time. This is one of the best hair loss treatment.
7. Eat a handful of white sesame seeds every morning. One handful of these small seeds contains about 1,200 mg. of calcium and magnesium to ignite the required nourishments of your scalp not to loose hair.
8. To prevent hair loss, first of all to minimize the number of shampoo, generally 1 to 3 times a week shampoo is enough. Moreover, if the intermittent use of beer or in water, add some salt and vinegar properly wash your hair, but also to prevent and reduce hair loss.
